Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help and will do our best to make it right.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from LOVSPA | Reed Diffusers, Refills & Home Fragrance You’ll Love . Purchases made through Amazon or other authorized retailers are subject to the return policy of the marketplace or retailer where the order was placed.
Returns
You may request assistance within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include proof of purchase.
Because fragrance is a personal experience, we understand that a scent may not always be what you expected. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply visit our Return Center and submit a request. Our team will carefully review it and determine the best solution.
If a return is necessary, we'll provide instructions after your request has been reviewed. Returns sent without an approved request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, submit a request through our Return Center as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include photos of:
- The product
- The product packaging
- The shipping box, if applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please submit a request through our Return Center.
Exchanges
To request a replacement or exchange, please submit your request through our Return Center. Once approved, we'll provide the next steps.
Refunds
We'll notify you after we've reviewed your request and let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days before the refund appears on your account.
If your refund hasn't been received within 15 business days after approval, please contact our Customer Support Team.

US Returns & Exchanges
Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim for your complete satisfaction with LOVSPA products. If you're not entirely happy, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Follow these simple steps:
Return Conditions: An $8.00 return postage fee applies, which can be deducted from your refund or paid directly to USPS. Returned items must be in "like-new" condition (unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable), unless they were defective at the point of sale.
Inspection on Arrival: Please check your order upon delivery for any transit damage. LOVSPA may decide if the returned merchandise meets our 'like-new' condition standard.
Return Policy Exceptions: Items marked as 'sale' or discontinued are not eligible for return. Returns from orders with promotional discounts will receive a pro-rated refund.
Return Abuse Policy: We reserve the right to refuse transactions from customers with excessive return patterns. Corporate, reseller, and bulk purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns by Mail
Start Your Return: Locate your order number (found on your packing slip, shipping confirmation email, or in your account Order History). An $8.00 return postage fee applies.
Prepare Your Package: Securely pack your return, ideally in the original packaging, including the invoice. Attach the shipping label, ensuring no other labels are visible.
Shipping Your Return: Drop off your package at any UPS location.
Track Your Return: Use the link in your return confirmation email to track your return. Allow 10-14 business days for processing.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a week.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability, payment issues, incorrect shipping details, accidental duplication, or upon customer request. Cancellation notices will explain the reason. For gift card orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
New Orders/Cancelled Order Queries: Contact LOVSPA Online Customer Service via email for new orders or information about cancelled orders.
Complimentary Standard Shipping on $50+ Orders
Shipping Offer: Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping. No promo code needed. Shipping charges are calculated post-discount and pre-tax. Applies only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Order Processing: We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, except major holidays and during summer. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed within two business days.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship to residential or business addresses only, excluding P.O. Boxes. Only authorized purchases will be shipped.
Single Address Shipping: Each order ships to one address only. Multiple location shipping is not available but coming soon.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders up to $49.99: $10.00 shipping fee
- Orders $50.00 and above: Free UPS Ground shipping*
*Applicable in the 48 continental U.S. states.
Delivery Time: UPS Ground shipments typically arrive in 1-3 days.
International and U.S. Territories:
Shipping Availability: Currently, LOVSPA products ship to the 48 U.S. states and Canada only.
